Any plant that goes against the norm is always popular so it's not hard to see why the String of Dolphin's are so trendy! With their stems full of dolphin shaped leaves that cascade downwards they add a great twist to any plant display. They are also very easy to propagate; pop a healthy cutting on fresh moist soil and eventually it will sprout roots.
- Pot diameter: 15cm. Approx drop including pot: 30cm
-Environment: Desert
-Light:  Bright direct / bright indirect. It will not be happ in a shaded spot.
-Humidity: Average-dry. It will not be happy in bathroom or want to be misted.
-Water: Water infrequently through spring-autumn, not at all over winter. Allow the soil to dryout completely between waterings. When you do water ensure excess can drain away. Be sure to only water the soil, this plant will not enjoy having wet beads.
-Problems: Soggy beads = too much water. Brown, crisp, thin beads = not enough water. Overwatering is the most common mistake that people make with this plant. If in doubt, don't water it! It will let you know when it's thirsty with thin beads.
